BEFORE YOU B0OK

BOOKING FEES & DEPOSITS

  • A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required for all services under $100.
  • For services over $100, a booking deposit is required, which may vary depending on the nature and duration of the service.
  • All booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • ​Failure in paying deposit 24-hours before the scheduled appointment, Soho London Hair has the right to cancel your appointment.
  • Your booking fee or deposit will be redeemed from your total service on the day of your appointment.
  • If you reschedule within the required notice period, your booking fee or deposit will transfer to your new appointment.

48 HOURS' NOTICE

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Providing 48 hours' notice allows your booking fee or deposit to transfer to your next booking.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee or deposit.

24 HOURS OR LESS / NO-SHOW

If you:

  • Cancel within 24 hours
  • Arrive late and this results in a reduced service
  • Fail to attend your appointment

We will forfeit your booking fee or deposit, and a 50% charge of your booked service will be required to be paid before any future appointment can be made.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you no longer require your appointment and provide the required notice, your booking fee may be redeemed on products instead of a service.

  • Please note that all booking fees, deposits and payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • By securing your booking with Soho London Hair, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

Each service is subject to a $3 Sustainable Salon Fee.
