Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee & Deposits
- To secure your appointment at Soho London Hair, a $50 non-refundable booking fee is required for all services under $100.
- For services over $100, a booking deposit is required, which may vary depending on the nature and duration of the service.
- All booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Your booking fee/deposit will be redeemed off your total service on the day of your appointment.
- If you reschedule within the required notice period, your booking fee/deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
48 Hours Notice
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Providing 48 hours notice allows your booking fee/deposit to transfer to your next booking.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee/deposit.
24 Hours or Less / No-Show Policy
- If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive late resulting in a reduced service, or fail to attend your appointment: You will forfeit your booking fee/deposit, and
- A 50% charge of your booked service will be required to be paid before any future appointment can be made.
Additional Information
- If you no longer require your appointment and provide the required notice, your booking fee may be redeemed on products instead of a service.
No Refund Policy
- All booking fees, deposits, and payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- By securing your booking with Soho London Hair, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
